Highly recommended. Great with kids of all ages and on the spectrum. Understanding and all the staff is very friendly. I was going to another eye doctor before who treated my kids like animals, everyone at Michiana eye center is the very opposite of where we were before.
I had nothing but problems with them. This is one on Cassopolis St in Elkhart. I go there and told them what was going on first I had a lady then she left then ended up with a guy. I even had them do photos of my eyes. But they refuse adjust my prescription. Saying I need a MRI and told them I have serve anxiety. So I would need something to sedate me and they refuse to do that. Plus it been rescheduled more then three times because they refuse to give my something to sedate me. So all they told me is go get readers. Like for real.
Very courteous and professional. I've been going here for years and seeing Shannon Brown the whole time. She's very knowledgeable and understands my medical history while keeping me updated on any possible changes and what to look for. They review and explain my insurance package and when it covers new frames to keep my out of pocket costs down. Their frames have a wide price range and are very cute. I can always find a couple pairs that I like and have to narrow it down. The girls in the frame department our very helpful in what looks good. I greatly appreciate their opinions.
I had a great experience with my eye doctor recently. The appointment was efficient, and the assistant before the doctor who helped me was efficient and answered all my questions and was professional, Doctor Brown was professional and cares about her patients. The staff at front desk were friendly and professional as well as the people in the other room where you get your glasses, they to were professional and friendly. Definitely recommend Michiana Eye Center!
After having something stuck in my eye several days even after urgent care said their was nothing in there, I stumbled across this place since it was in-network. They squeezed me in same day. Dr. Wang has such a great professional and likeable personality. Had whatever was in my eye removed in minutes. I’ll now be seeing Dr. Wang from now on for all of my regular eye exams. P. S. They’re office is not morgue-freezing which is so refreshing.
