Beautiful facility & incredibly friendly staff! This was our first pediatric exam. The receptionist kindly offered use drinks upon arrival. They have a chalk table and tic tack toe in the waiting area for kids. The doctor was so great at explaining to my little and made her feel 100% comfortable! 10/10

What a place! Dr. Sarah Arnette and her crew are so unbelievably wonderful and knowledgeable and friendly. This is not your ordinary optometry office; you're greeted with wide smiles, authentic care, and more hospitality than a charming farm house in a deep hollow (pronounced "holler"). Further, I don't ever recall visiting ANY type of public business that extends the kind of friendly atmosphere as Bolt Eye Group. Keep up the great work, and I'll "see" you again soon! See what I did there? 🤓

I am 32 years old & never needed glasses. For the last couple of months, I’ve had consistent headaches daily & considered maybe it was my eyes. I visited Dr. Arnette & she was wonderful. She thoroughly explained everything to me & the why’s which was very helpful as all of this was totally new. She explained the adjustment to wearing glasses & to just give it time. When I tell you wearing glasses has changed my life - wow! No more strain, no more headaches - I can’t believe how much I had struggled & didn’t know. I have seen several reviews talking about cost. I will say, the eye glasses in office were rather pricey (not really their fault, I don’t think). I asked if I could just get my prescription to order online. The office staff was more than accommodating & didn’t seem to care I wasn’t purchasing them there. I have since bought 3 pair of glasses online with my given prescription & they turned out great each time. 10/10!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Arnett! She is incredibly thorough and takes the time to explain how eye care connects to overall health, which I really appreciated. The office itself is absolutely adorable—stylish, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful, making the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free. They really go the extra mile with thoughtful touches like a coffee bar and complimentary beverages. It's clear that they want their patients to feel cared for and appreciated. I've already started referring friends and family because this level of care is hard to find. I highly recommend Dr. Arnett and her team.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sarah Arnett at Bolt Eye Group. The exam was incredibly thorough and precise, which is impressive given my daughter’s age. Their technology is clearly top notch, and I trust the accuracy of their evaluations completely. Dr. Arnett also made a lasting impression by teaching my four year old about healthy foods that support eye health and development. She now actively seeks out those foods. Highly recommend!
