Great experience, Ms. LaQuisha got me checked in and gave me great advice about what glasses looked good on me.Then Ms. Shawna entered my order in for glasses and gave my expert advice on the best items I needed to add to my glasses since I’m behind a screen most of the day at work. Great service and price was wonderful as well.

Have been to the Johnson City location for years, my prescription has never changed. I called on the day that my prescription was expiring to get a box of contacts before I left for a trip. They told me I could not buy any without having exam despite the prescription being valid through the rest of the day. Called the Kingsport location- they’re taking care of it no problem. If you’re in the area, give the Kingsport location your business instead.

This has been pathetic service. I ordered contacts that never came in. The Johnson City store reordered them and they never came in so they offered to reorder them a second time . So to order contacts 3 times and not have them come in is poor customer service. I have spoke. To several employees at the store to get , I’m sorry I just work here , to I can reorder them , to it’s not our fault. I paid almost 400 dollars for 1 pair of glasses and eye exam out of pocket . I will NEVER use this place again or recommend them.

Staff at the location are excellent. Very kind, professional & quick. Facilities are clean. I have been coming here for a few years now and never had a problem. The receptionist asked if I would be willing to see a remote doctor and I said yes. I got here on time for my appointment, took the pre-test in just a few minutes, and I have now been waiting for more than 2hrs to go in to see the virtual doctor. The patient they called back before me came back out to use the restroom. She said the technician finished the exam then had to wait for the doctor to come on the line. So even once she was called back, she wished more than 30min in the exam room for the doctor to come online. This is purely the fault of America’s Best corporate. Whoever made the decision to force multiple locations across the state share one doctor virtually has decided that staying open to earn money is more important than the quality of care for the patient. Again, the staff who actually work here, and the doctors usually here in person are amazing. But do NOT accept the invite for a virtual visit unless you literally have close to 3hrs to spend waiting.

I have been trying to make appointments for eye care. Most places are saying months out but they got me an appointment the next morning. I was there less than an hour and had a great experience. Chris Davis was phenomenal both professional and funny. He helped me pick out glasses. He has a good personality and great energy. As long as he is working I'll be getting all my future eye appointments here. Thank yall !
