This review is a long time coming. First I want to say, thank you Mark, for the amazing and outstanding service and kindness you provided me over the years! If I ever needed my glasses fixed, or had a problem, Mark was always there to make sure me and my family were taken care of. Mark has always gone out of the way to make absolute sure that our needs were met and always did it with a smile. I've never met anyone like him, if you need any kind of service done on your glasses, please see Mark at the Walmart Vision Center on Market Street in Johnson City TN, if he can fix he will and always with a smile. God Bless you Mark and thank you again for everything you've done to make our experience AAA!

Great experience! I was worked in on a same day appointment with no waiting. My exam was thorough and quick. Dr. Meek and Teresa were friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this location.

The service was great but I didn't really like the fact that they were showing CNN on their television 👎

Very understanding and willing to make things right for you, even when your eyes aren’t cooperating with trying different brands of contacts. Dr Meeks is very pleasant and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend.
