Everyone was super friendly. This was my first time at an optometrist ever (I'm 46). They did a great job of explaining the process, what they were doing, and just were wonderful all around.
First time visit, walked in to only make appointment. They had an opening right then and I was seen immediately. The testing was precise, organized and once completed, Dr Gordon took time to explain the findings and also answered all of my questions. I felt at ease and that their true goal was for me to have the most suitable treatment. The entire office was professional and courteous. They are a prime example of how a medical office should function and a real asset to this community.
It's a fantastic experience each time I visit. The staff is amazing and wanted to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my glasses. I would definitely recommend to anyone . Thank y'all so much! 🫶
The Dr. And staff were so polite and professional. Dr listened to my needs and concerns. The staff was great got new glasses and they were so helpful. Best place ever.
The office manager helped my fiance, Rob Weir with his insurance issue. She called the company and got us an answer! Also, Dr Gordon made us feel like we really had an advocate!! We had a good time. The only negative is getting to talk to someone. Your phone bot is HORRIBLE. But once there we were very happy.
