I had a wonderful experience at Bradley Eye Care Associates! One of the biggest advantages for me was being able to schedule an appointment the same week on a Saturday. Since I work Monday through Friday, finding weekend appointments can be difficult, so that was a huge plus. Walking through LensCrafters, before entering the clinic, was also nice because I could browse the selection of frames and lenses available for my new glasses. The clinic itself was clean, efficient, and well organized. I was in and out in about an hour, which I really appreciated. Dr. Davis was pleasant, thorough, and took the time to educate me throughout my exam. I never felt rushed, and I left with a much better understanding of my eye health and vision needs. I’d also like to recognize Tabetha and Brenna at the front desk. They were incredibly helpful with my insurance, payment, and scheduling my follow-up. They made the entire process easy and welcoming from start to finish. Overall, I had an excellent experience and truly hope to remain a patient here for years to come. I highly recommend Bradley Eye Care Associates!

I had an outstanding experience with my eye doctor and the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The office was well organized, and I was seen promptly. My doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained everything, and made sure all of my questions were answered. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire visit easy and stress-free. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

I had my first visit here today. I walked in and thankfully they were able to see me. All of the staff were great! The eye exam technician explained each step of each test. Dr. Bradley was extremely knowledgeable and patient with the many questions I had. He explained each result and all of my options. I Highly recommend Bradley Eye Care Associates!!!

This place is top notch! My wife had broken her glasses and needed to get in quick and they got her in quick and was very pleasant and so incredibly fast! Her eyes are kinda wonky so they were able to get her same day trial contacts that work so well! We absolutely loved this place and Dr.Davis I think that was her name was great! The two ladies at the front desk were top notch as well!

the staff in the office and the staff at lens crafters were great. the doctor was not so great. i didn’t have a good experience with her. she was rude from the start and the way she talked to me out of “frustration” was not okay. she did not apologize. would not recommend this office to anyone because of the doctor. i used the location in bel air mall. maybe try a different location with a doctor that has more patience and actually cares about her patients.
