(7-22-26) I was helped by William, Jessie and Dr Karl Whiting. They were over the top fantastic!!! Very helpful, very professional, and did not waste! Best Eye appointment experience I have had by far. In and out 30-35 min

Went in for an appointment (11/20/25) and was given an updated prescription and ordered glasses. When glasses arrived, the prescription was not correct. I couldn't wear the glasses for more than 10-15 seconds without becoming nauseated and dizzy. The doctor looked at my eyes claiming my tear layer on my eyes was too thin and wrote a bunch of prescriptions for said issue. (Keep in mind that my current glasses still worked perfectly fine with this "bad tear layer"). The doctor asked me to come back at a later date (1/31/26) for re-examination so that the prescription could be corrected. When trying to schedule another appointment, I was told that there would be a $110 charge for the new appointment. When I asked for a refund on the glasses, I was told that I was already outside of their 60 day window for a return. The eye center absolutely refused to work with me on resolving my issue without charging me in some way. So now I'm out nearly $300 for a pair of glasses that I can't even wear due to the prescription being totally off, and my vision insurance is used up for the next 12 months, so I'm out of pocket 100% wherever I go to get a correct prescription. Shady business practices and horrible customer service.

Wow..... Over the past 3 years here the service slowly gets worse. If your lucky they will answer the phone. If your lucky, stoping at the store is random possible wait of 30-45 min. Ordering glasses is slow and painful process. Took 30 minutes waiting then another 45 to get the glasses ordered. What's worse is when they came in they were wrong. To add to problems the new employee is about clueless as one can get. This will be my last order from here for a LONG time.

They're are an awesome, friendly, caring group of people..Dr Whiting is very professional and charismatic. Jessie, I just absolutely love her. William is the sweetest, professional shoot the breeze type of people that you will ever meet! Phillip is very nice and on task....one of the best eye doctor experiences that I've had in a long time.....

This is my second time buying my glasses at Sam's Club in Mobile, Alabama. A 1 service, good frame choices. Very reasonable prices. I use to chase all the special adds. Buy one get one free, big discount promises, I wasted time and gas in the car. Now I go right to Sam's Club for all my optical needs.
