Appointment was with Dr. Elliott. Wait time was at most 5 minutes. Dr. Elliott listened to my concerns, did a very thorough examination. I've been using Dr. Elliot for 15 years and am very pleased with results. She performed my nasal surgery 14 years ago, and I have had no issues since. I would highly recommend. Listens to your issues, explains the treatment, and is very personable.

I am posting this to document the unprofessionalism and retaliatory behavior of this practice. After a failed procedure due to poor coordination—despite my full compliance with their requirements—I left an honest, two-star review of how my procedure went (or rather, didn’t go) with Dr Mark Harrison. This review was prompted by an automated text message sent by the office on the very same day they cancelled my surgery. In response to that feedback, the practice did not reach out to resolve the issue or discuss the breakdown in care; instead, their COO sent a formal letter—via both first-class and certified mail—terminating my patient relationship. It is telling that they have the time and resources to hunt down patients for leaving feedback they actively solicited, but lack the professional maturity to handle valid criticism regarding their lack of bedside manner and inability to properly coordinate care. I have removed my review of the individual physician, as the burden of this complete lack of professional accountability rests on the practice itself. I am sharing both my initial experience and their response so that others can see exactly how this office treats patients who dare to speak up. A warning to any patients with medical implants: This physician and this practice lack the necessary coordination and competency to handle your care. They will treat your legitimate medical needs as an inconvenience rather than a priority. If you must use this practice, demand that any procedure be scheduled at a hospital from the outset. Do not allow them to pressure you into an office-based procedure, as they clearly lack the internal systems to ensure your safety and will only waste your time and money. Edited to add the screenshot where he literally asked for my review.
02-21-2025 - I looked for a 5-Star doctor and found Dr. Kimberly Elliott at this location. I had my first ear infection and I was afraid I may lose my hearing—it was not the same after I healed. She fixed everything right away. I was so happy and relieved! She is an amazing doctor…very intelligent and caring….worth so much more than 5-Stars!
My daughter was supposed to get surgery in December. I paid my copay (around $1,200) and went to the pre-op consultation in November to confirm the date. When I showed up on the date of the surgery, I was told she wasn’t on the schedule. When I spoke with the office, there was no accountability and the closest thing to an explanation I was given was “she somehow ended up not being put on the schedule.” They did very little to try and get her in before her insurance changed on 1/1. I requested a refund and was told it would be 6-8 weeks to process the refund. I called them today (about 10 weeks after I initially requested the refund) and was told no one had processed it. This place is completely incompetent and doesn’t care about taking your money but not giving you healthcare.
I came for botox, because of pain behind my eyes. Being unable to open my eyes fully and sleeping with my eyes tightened. Dr Charles Mosteller, seemed reluctant. He made no promises, but agreed to try. I now sleep without pain and can breathe softer. Thank you for hearing me.
