I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service I received from Charise at the LensCrafters location Bel-Air Mall in Mobile, Alabama. Charise was absolutely amazing — very informative, patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire experience. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Honestly, I would not have made my purchase if it were not for her excellent service and caring attitude. It is rare to encounter someone with this level of customer service today, and I truly wish every business had someone like Charise representing them. Charise at the Bel-Air mall location is very professional as usual. She assisted me the last time I purchased my glasses. She took her time and guided me through selecting my frames. She never made me feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything I didn’t want. I love her!

Reese took the time to help me find the perfect frames, explained all of my lens options without any pressure, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my selection.
