I love Dr. Aleen Kaltakdjian and her team at EyeCare Associates in Mobile, AL. True professionals from the minute you walk in the door. BreAnna was my technician and she was pleasantly upbeat and efficient while performing my tests today. Dr. Aleen is the best. She takes her time to talk with you to make sure she understands and takes care of all your concerns. She is very conscientious and patient friendly oriented. I would not hestitant to recommend this practice to anyone.

The dr herself was great. Im leaving a 1 star solely based on the fact that the older lady who is running insurance has no idea how to read policies apparently. After paying my bill and remaining cost of contacts after insurance i'm now being billed over $180. $75 of this is "contact lens fitting" which I made clear in store that ive never had to pay with this insurance, she looked at the insurance again and said oh youre right they took it off. Called billing and they just read the bill back to you with no further comments of understanding. Can barely understand them. ALSO was charged $9 in store for contact solution i never asked for. Didn't even know I was being charged for it until I read my receipt in the car. The insurance lady gave it to me like a gift. To each their own but I wont be returning.

Competent and friendly staff. Got an appointment the same week I called, which was impressive. I really liked the rebate they gave me for my contact lenses. Saved me $100 in the end! Definitely a big fan of my new optometrist.

Amazing staff. They make sure a thorough Assessment is accomplished in good order. All those ladies are sweet as can be and do their best to keep you comfortable in and out the door. Thanks again!

Dr Aleen is awesome. The rest of the staff was also very nice and helpful. Dr Aleen is very thorough in her work, and I look forward to having her as my primary doctor.
