I used to love coming here because they were very attentive to detail and took their time! However, I visited two weeks ago for my annual eye exam and I waited over an hour and a half without even being seen by the doctor. None of the staff came to the room and explained that there would be a delay in service. It appears that they overbooked patients and were under staffed. I ended up just leaving because I could not just sit there and wait any longer. I truly hope they fix this issue because it was very disappointing as I used to love coming here.

I reordered my daughter another pair of glasses and waited over 3 and a half months on them. When I went and got them, I was told they had just came in, but I called like 4 days prior too and was told they were there. No one ever called me and when I called them someone was always rude. My kids and o have been going here for many years and I was very disappointed in the way things were handled.

I truly love them. Very professional and my you feel comfortable. They are one with the patient address your concerns you may. And eyewear selection out of this world.. They fell in love my 1 year. Who takes over lol.. great place highly recommend them..

Had an eye appointment Dec 21st was given the wrong info by this staff about my insurance so I called my insurance so I wasn’t over charged. I was told I would be called when contacts were ready, today is Jan 11th and no one has reached out after I have called 3 times until today. I got a call back today saying my insurance has been filed and my contacts are now on order after 4 calls & three weeks have passed. Very unprofessional experience here and everyone on the staff seems clueless with no answers . Would not reccomend to anyone else. The Doctor was nice.

Renceky I went to Dr Collette office on July 3,2018. The exam was good. The PA doctor was kind and informative . Then I went to pick up my glass on July 13, 2018. The office staff was not professional at all. In fact I had to asked her if I can try my glass on to see if they are fitting correctly. Her only response was ' if you want to'. I was was very upsetting and anyoyed . I tried them on and she just stood there like a piece of furniture . She did not do any checking on my new glass . I got so ignored that I just left . I am very upset that Dr. Colletto have an employee in his office that has no professionalism . I don't wish anyone to lose their job, but the staff need some office politics training .🤨🤨
