I was a patient for 30 years. I started seeing Dr Foust when he was at Walmart at Galleria Mall. I followed him to 2 more locations as his practice grew. I have moved out of the area now and asked for my records. Dawn informed me they could be sent to me for a fee. No exceptions. No appreciation for being a long time client. Oh but would send to a new eye doctor at no charge. What a terrible way to end 30 years.
Today. was my 1st visit with Dr.Foust. I was impressed with his office and front desk staff member. . Dr.Goust was very professional, knowledgeable explaining everything to me. He shows a caring side for his patients. He is definitely my new optomoligist.
Dr Foust has cared for my eyes for at least 20 years. I appreciate that he takes time to explain things to me. Both he and Dawn are personable and they make me feel like more than just a patient. I have never hesitated to recommend this practice. They are exceptional people and they provide exceptional care!
This is my second time visiting this office. If you want to hear all about the Dr Foust’s health problems. PLEASE make an appointment. I’m there for my eyesight, not his health problems. He made me feel unimportant!! My money… my eyes. Not his heart problems or stress test!!! When I went back to pick up my glasses which I paid $1000.00 for.… Dr Foust walked right past me never acknowledging me and the receptionist totally ignored me. The patient is number one… not you!!!
I have been to this office a few times. They are fast however not helpful. My son, toddler, had an accident and his glasses broke. I tried all week to get in the office to get them repaired but the office hours are terrible. I arrived at opening and they we not open. Once someone arrived, they said I had to see someone else that wasnt there. I dont have time to waste. I dont like their hours or the limited help provided. The worker should have taken my sons glasses, labeled them and places them on the appropriate persons desk to have them handle the problem. I wish I knew what I know now, I would have chosen a different office to order glasses for my son.
