I have only had positive experiences at RH EYE CTR. Everyone from the front desk staff, optical staff, eye exam staff, office staff and the Dr's have all been knowledgeable, helpful, kind, caring, and a willingness to make sure my questions were answered. My latest experiences were from Cataract surgeries were with Dr K. Wigington and staff. I would highly recommend Dr Wigington and all who are support staff for her. I wish I could name everyone who were so awesome but unfortunately my memory isnt that good. But they all get high 5's! Thank you, Kbrown

Very professional. Diagnosed and in surgery within a week. Surgery was smooth and the staff made me feel welcome and confident in their skills. My doc was a UNC graduate and that made it even better !! Thanks to these folks for delivering the needed outcome.
PATIENTS PLEASE TAKE HEED. I don't usely leave negative reviews but I am nonplussed by our last visit at Rock Hill Eye Cente. This is what we allegedly witnessed at Rock Hill Eye Center. Early morning we entered the front lobby, told to sign in and wait. While we sat and waited, I over heard a customer talking on their cell phone in regards to this place. This person was angry in regards to the staff and angry with Rock Hill Eye Center phone appointment service. Another person that sat next to her also made some comments in regards to having difficulty making an appointment and sometimes not getting any call backs for trying to make an appointment - especially within the 24 hours period they guarantee. Another person commented for not getting medical staff to return his calls in regards to his medical urgencies! They also complained that Rock Hill Eye Center office Demands that you leave your credit card information within their system. An older gentleman that sat a few seats away quickly said that he hopes this company doesn't have a security breach with all our credit cards information. I noticed that all the patients are rushed into their exam rooms. When you get to your final exam room you sit - and wait and wait and wait. You feel forgotten. It appears that medical staff here only want healthy patients that do not complain. After my family member completed her eye exam, we exited our exam room. We then walked up to another employee that schedules your next visit. When we approached this employee we noticed that this employee was on her cell phone. We overheard the employee allegedly saying to the person on the other end ( your neighbor has diabetic retinopathy and I see here that her faricimeb dose is not correct...) This employee then noticed that we we're standing near her. The employee then quickly hung up on her cell phone call and then proceeded to act like nothing was wrong. I then asked her what is your name? She replied Caroline. She then continued to closing out my family member. We were not comfortable standing next to a person that discloses someone else's personal medical records.
When I went in, the people at the desk were friendly and told me what to fill out. Maranda, Dr. Robinson's nurse was realy thoughtful and told me what to expect next. Dr. Robinson was nice and explained every test. I knew every step to take because the people that work there. When I left the exam and went to sign out; there was another friendly girl.
Easy scheduling! Friendly staff. Great building. Overall had a good experience! Only negative thing was the wait time. Typical doctor’s office: arrive early for your appt and have all paperwork pre-filled out, then wait until 30 min after your appt to be seen.
