Extremely unprofessional. I cannot attribute to office staff or personal appointment , since we have been trying to get my Dad an appointment since February when they received a referral from VA to have his eyes checked. It takes forever to get anyone otp to set appointment, then the appointment is set out for over a month. The day or two before appointment they send an apology text that Dr will be out of office & we must reschedule. Wait another month and repeat. 4 times now his appointment was rescheduled, and 4 times now his appointment was cancelled. Hours of waiting otp to reschedule only to have them cancel again. This us how our disabled veterans are treated. So sad 😢. I wonder if we can start charging them a $50.00 no show or last minute cancellation fee? I will be calling the VA advocates to see if this office can be removed from community services.
