I have been a patient at Bridgeport Family Vision Clinic since 2011. My provider is excellent. She explains everything clearly and I trust her with my vision care. The technicians are very professional and friendly. The office staff is courteous and very helpful. I also buy my eyewear from there office.
One of my best friends recommended Bridgeport Family Vision. From the moment I walked in, the staff were helpful and welcoming. The pre-test was quick, easy, and less invasive than experiences I’ve had elsewhere. Dr. Naidu was incredibly thorough during the exam and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how informative she was, especially when discussing what to expect as my eyes change with age and potential next steps down the road. I currently wear glasses, and she gave thoughtful, balanced advice about possibly trying contact lenses in the future, including how my astigmatism and overall eye health might factor into that decision. After the exam, I worked with Jeannine to pick out frames, and she was fantastic—patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful, even as I took my time narrowing things down. I ended up choosing two pairs, and I’m really happy with both. I'll be sure to add feedback once I pick them up. Great selection, great service, and a genuinely caring team. Yesterday I had an eye appointment scheduled. When I arrived, I greeted the receptionist in Spanish because she spoke Spanish. She asked if I spoke English, and I explained that I speak a little. She told me they could not see me because the doctor only speaks English and said I needed to come back with someone who could translate. She showed no willingness to help, did not offer an interpreter, and did not try to find a solution. As a result, I lost my appointment and my time. I felt disappointed and unsupported. In a medical setting, patients should be treated with respect and provided with basic assistance, especially when language support options exist.
Amazing time at Bridgeport family vision clinic. Dr.Naidu was awesome! I wasn’t able to get his name. But the man who helped us pick out the frames did an amazing job and he was so kind and helpful. We love the frames!
Best place to get affordable but fashion forward frames! They always make sure I get stylish frames that fit my face shape! Best team ever!
