In an age where so many businesses rely on chatbots and automated systems, it was refreshing to receive such kind, personal, and professional human service. That level of care really stands out. The eye exam itself was the most thorough I've ever had. Dr. Susan is outstanding at what she does. She took the time to answer all of my questions with patience, enthusiasm, and genuine concern for my eye health. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling confident that I had received the best possible care. People often say that when you find a great doctor, you should keep them. I completely agree. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome. The ladies who handled my initial exam were friendly, professional, and explained each test so I understood what they were doing. Dr. Reeves was fantastic! She is incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire exam relaxed and enjoyable. Her funny stories and clever analogies made it easy to understand how the eyes work and what she was seeing. You can tell she loves what she does and certainly cares about her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Reeves and her team!

I found the entire process from initial contact to scheduling my appointment very well handled. In particular Erin was very helpful in preparing for my visit. Dr. Durham was efficient, professional, and patient in answering my questions. I got exactly what I needed in a very efficient manner.

They are very nice and always make you feel welcome. Dr. Ogden is a great doctor. She pays attention to all the details of my eye problems. She spent her time to make sure that my eye problems have been taken care . They have a great guarantee on their products. Days following a whitewater rafting trip, I began to lose significant vision in my right eye. Dr. Durham immediately created space in her day, diagnosed a partial retina tear, and insisted eye surgeon see me the same day for laser repair to prevent blindness. The next day - today - I am cleared to fly my little plane again! Very rare to find compassionate, competent and ethical providers who advocate for best interests of patients nowadays. Dr. Durham and her staff are excellent!
