New Century Ophthalmology (NCO Eye Center) - Raleigh

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic and would choose them again next time. I called right when they opened at 8:00AM, and they said they could get me in for an 8:30AM appointment. I had to wait 20 min. in the waiting room and 20 min. in the exam room, but once Dr. P came in, she was extremely time conscious, compassionate, and helpful. I had a painful chalazion that she treated with a steroid injection + prescribed ointment. 24 hours later, my eye has almost completely healed! I am very pleased and appreciative of Dr. P!

I was more than pleased with the care and attention that I received at my visit. The staff was very helpful and friendly making my visit calming rather than stressful! The doctor was amazing with great care to understand and determine care for my issues. Highly recommend this facility!

Dr. Prabakaran is truly an amazing ophthalmologist. She has such a warm bedside manner and always takes the time to explain every step of the treatment in a way that makes you feel completely comfortable and cared for. You can tell she genuinely cares about his patients. The entire staff is wonderful everyone is kind, helpful, and professional. The front desk is always friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit feel easy and stress‑free. I also want to mention the office administrator, Adriana. She is such a great person patient, understanding, and always willing to help. Her kindness really stands out and makes the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this office

I'm so pleased with the care I am receiving at NCO! Dr. P is fantastic as are all of the staff. I have a complicated case do to complications from cancer treatment and they have been top notch. They are willing to work as a collaborative team and have been patient and understanding with everything!

this place is wonderful very clean. The doctor is very nice. I’m also happy that they offer the B12 injection. I will be coming back in August to get my lesions removed from my eye.
