Brigham City Eye and Vision Care

The exam in the doctor were great. When I went to pick my glasses, I found a cute pair and she reassured me that they looks good on me. However, they do not fit me. When you buy a pair of shoes from Red Wing, they measure your foot and they would not let you buy the wrong size. When you buy a bra, they measure you and they would not let you buy a bra that does not fit you. I spent over $700 on a pair of glasses that do not fit me. They are too short in the temple. When They adjusted the arm, somehow my frame got bent, and now it does not sit on my face correctly at all. I’m just very disappointed that I spent so much money and did not have a good fit and now there’s really nothing to be done about it. I just wasted $700+. I did go into Brigham and have them adjusted. Patricia said she adjusted them the best she could.

Dr. Olson has always been very professional and very kind to me. He explains everything and makes sure I understand what is going on with my eyes. The staff is Amazing making sure all my needs are met. I would recommend them to anyone searching for an Eye doctor. This a great office!

The entire team here is amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from start to finish! Dr. Olson is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to clearly explain all your options for glasses or contacts, making sure you feel confident in your decision. He really listens and cares about you leaving happy. Lacey, Andrea, and Patricia were all so kind and patient, answering every question and helping me find the perfect (and super cute!) new pair of glasses. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend this office!

I was able to request an appointment online, and promptly received texts helping me register as a new patient for my appointment. They were able to fit me in within 24 hours of having requested the appointment; the reception staff was friendly & professional. I saw Dr. Hancock, he was very personable, was happy to answer any questions I had, and explained what he was doing prior to doing it, which helped put me at ease as someone with medical anxiety. All in all it’s a great office with friendly people who are happy to help you.

Dr. Olson is fantastic! He is efficient, kind, and so knowledgeable about eyes. He answered my daughter’s questions with detailed info and explained what she could do to help the situation too. I love Doctors that involve my children in the whole process. He is great!
