Dr. Scott Turner himself is one of the best opthalmologists I've ever visited. He deserves a 5 star review. My review is for the clinic itself. I'm going through hardships and was recently in-between jobs, which is why my monthly payments bounced. After being sent to collections, they told me THE DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT they would not accept my insurance and must self pay 100%. That, or I must pay all outstanding balances before being seen. This is an extremely stingy office that has NOTHING set in place to help out patients going through hardships. If you are poor or on a tight budget, take your business elsewhere.

Was a patient for a little over a year. The care was adequate but, when they went through closing a clinic that was close to me, I was forced to find another provider. Finding another provider was fine but, the process for getting my records transferred required an in person visit, a fee, and 2-3 weeks of wait time. Every time I have worked with their staff, they have been curt and had no consideration for the extra costs and level of effort required to adhere to their strict policies. Because of the 6-7 negative interactions with this clinic, it is easy to see why I did not go out of my way to stay with them and endure the extra commute to receive their care. It is also the reason I would not recommend them to anyone else. Do yourself a favor and find another clinic who works and cares about their patients.

Dr Turner is fantastic. We moved my father the area about 9 years ago, he is blind in one eye and so we needed to find the right person to help my dad stay healthy in his other eye and manage the dead eye. Scott has exceeded our expectations over and over, all of my family uses him for his services and more recently he decided my father would be better having the dead eye removed from his body. Speaking with the prosthetic provider he tells me that the surgeon that operated on my father did a fantastic job based on the work they had to perform fitting him for his glass eye. Most people will never need to have an eye removed but his great care spills over into all of the services he performs

I've seen Dr. Turner for a number of years now and have always been treated very well and have always been very happy. He sent me to a specialist 8 years ago for a condition in both eyes (Fuch's Dystrophy) and I received two corneal transplants. Otherwise, I would've been nearly blind. He has followed up with me all these years and watches my eyes carefully.

This was my first visit to an eye doctor. I saw Dr. Clark and feel like I found the right eye doctor. He was knowledgeable and personable. He took time to walk me through my eye condition and provided tips and OTC options that have worked great so far. I highly recommend Dr. Clark.
