I popped both of my lenses out while in town for a conference. I was so distraught!! Not only did they fix my eyeglasses, Darrell (sp?) who helped us out up front was so kind!! He took care of my glasses in under 10 minutes and I could see again! I am so grateful! Thank you Darrell and Bright Eyes Optique! If they took this good of care of not being customers, I can only imagine how great they take care of people during appointments. Highly recommend!

Great selection of lenses at a very reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff. As someone who regularly loses and breaks glasses, this place has been wonderful to me.

New vision insurance, so we went looking for a provider that accepted it and Bright Eyes had great reviews, so we gave it a shot...they're all super friendly, and we're awesome about my husband and I playing switcheroo between exams (we had our 2 young kids with us).

I had a crisis!! Was visiting in New Orleans and one of the side arms of my glasses broke off - could not be fixed. I found Bright Eyes Optique on line. Could not have asked for a better experience. Found a pair of side arms similar; fixed - no charge - knowing I was from out of town. Yes - I tipped the young lady!! Very pleasant and professional!!

just dropped in to get a screw replaced on my reading glasses and the staff was so kind. they were able to quickly replace the screw on the spot. i also met the dr. korcz and, though i'm not sure my insurance is accepted at this time, she was very nice and i would definitely consider coming for eye care services as well.
