Had my appointment at Bright Eyes for a follow-up and eye appointment. They were able to work in an eye exam so I didnt have to make another appt. I really appreciate that! Dr. Diana Trinh was great! She was patient and thorough. She explained everything and made sure I felt good about my prescription. It was an enjoyable and quick appointment.
Dr. Chris Frampton has been a pleasure. I have been going to Bright Eyes since 2018 and have never been disappointed with the service. dr Bruce Colton was the first doctor I saw for three years and after that I’ve been Seeing Dr. Chris Frampton. I have never felt more comfortable and welcomed at an optometrist. Customer Service is top-notch! Thank you, Dr. Frampton! PS I love his name, lol. Makes me think of Peter Frampton and all of his great Music.
Got an appointment in a few hours of me requesting for an appointment. Dr. Frampton was very knowledgeable of the issue I had. He was through and patient when explaining and examining my eyes. I was very confident and assured when I walked out of the building.
My daughters ages (6, 8, & 10 years old) visited Dr. Diana Trinh. she was incredibly kind and patient making them feel at ease. She explained every step of the process to my daughters, assuring them that there was nothing to worry about. The front desk staff was also very welcoming. We had had negative experiences in the past. However, Dr. Trinh and her staff made us feel completely comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Trinh and her staff to any moms with kids who are looking to be evaluated by an optometrist!
I had a great experience at this clinic today with my children! Getting glasses can be seen as scary for some kids but the atmosphere and the staff were wonderful. Dr.Frampton explained everything to me in depth and helped me understand how to help my children adjust to a big life change this young. The glasses were very cute! We will be returning!
