I’ve been a regular patient at this practice since 2015 and have always booked my annual eye appointment a year in advance. For my December appointment this year, I scheduled and received confirmation back in December of last year. Unfortunately, I was informed today that the office had a scheduling conflict at the same time, and the alternative dates offered were not accommodating to my availability. This was disappointing, especially given the long notice and my years as a loyal patient. This recent situation has left me feeling undervalued, and as a result, I’ve lost interest in continuing my care with this office. I hope this feedback helps improve scheduling and patient consideration moving forward.

I had an awesome experience at Clarity Vision Care; the staff was friendly and efficient. As a new patient, I found the office to be clean and beautifully designed in a modern style. During my eye exam, I genuinely had a fun time, no exaggeration. They utilize cutting-edge technology that made the process fast and comfortable. I enjoyed every second of it. I've never had an eye appointment quite like that before. Dr. Huynh demonstrated great care and thoroughness in her observations and explanations. I would certainly recommend this office to anyone seeking eye care.
Dr. Huynh and her staff provided me with very personalized care. The doctor spent a good deal of time reviewing my existing prescriptions in comparison to the new results from the current appointment were, as well as helping me understand options for using my existing frames for new lenses. The staff was very helpful in explaining all the price points for various frame and lens options under my insurance to help me get the best value for what I wanted in new eyewear.
I went here to get my safety glasses, Vanessa was who assisted me. I got there at lunch time, she was very nice and helpful. Very nice office. I recommend them if you’re looking for glasses, Vanessa explained my prescription and how to get used to the progressive lenses which my last optometrist didn’t.
7/3/22 Edit: Just to clarify. Of course, it is not an equipment of you office. I took the equipment picture in a different doctor office recently when a technician examined my glasses. That equipment just reminds me the four symmetric bite marks that I noticed next day after I visited your office about this time of last year. I think I know where the marks came from after I saw the equipment. I am still wearing the same glasses with the marks. Thanks. I have been the customer of their office for almost ten years. Everything was fine until my recent visit on June 18th, 2021 for annual eye exam. During the visit, their technician took my own rimless glasses to another room for exam. Next day, I noticed two tiny even cracks on the edge of the glasses. Clearly it was caused by machinery because of the evenness of the cracks. I think they push the glasses too hard when they tried to secure the glasses to the machine during their test. So I went to their office and showed them the cracks. The office denied the responsibility. Well then I guess it must be the glasses evenly cracked itself. To whoever visit the office, please look after your glasses specially if it is rimless.
