Dr. Mindy was awesome today. She always puts the needs of her patients above everything else. She takes extra time to explain any conditions and make the patient feel at ease. I always recommend her and her daughter, Elizabeth, to go to Eye Care Center when searching for an eye doctor. Thanks again for such great customer service and always explaining new eye conditions. I would highly recommend this eye doctor! The optometrist was incredibly knowledgable and very sweet! She immediately diagnosed the issue I was having with my eye and gave me extensive information on what that means for me. She sent out my medication quickly and stayed in the room to confirm that the meds went through to the pharmacy to avoid any delays. This will be my new normal eye doctor as I was so happy with this experience. Nicely decorated and clean office, everyone was incredibly friendly and they got me in same day within the hour! Very impressive care and staff!
Dr Elizabeth is great. This is my second visit with her. She asked about my health, if anything had changed since my last visit, how my current prescription was working for me, and took the time to listen and ask follow up questions. It was very interactive. She was very informative of my options and helped me make an informed decision. Another thing that makes me extremely comfortable is she always follows up post visit. If the solution is not working she will work to resolve it. I feel like I have uncommon vision issues not easily diagnosed without care and attention, so her approach is very reassuring. I highly recommend her as she is a great listener and effective diagnostician.
I have been coming here for years. I love Dr. Mindy, and her daughter Dr. Elizabeth is amazing! They take such good care of me and will always help me with anything I need! Highly recommend!
Dr Mindy is awesome, very thorough and knowledgeable about the eye. I trust her completely. Ive seen several eye doctors before her and stayed because she was the only one who caught what was wrong with eye.
