Took my mom to get her eyes checked for cataracts checked. You need to ask for the dark slip on shades after your eyes have been dilated. Or they won't offer them. They should tell you when you make the appointment you will be needing some. There was this elderly lady who was there and after she saw the doctor she had to walk to the front desk and sincer her eyes were dilated, she couldn't see. So I helped her to the front desk. And asked for the dark shades for her. The doctor should have called someone from the front desk to come help her walk out of his office to the waiting room. She could have tripped over this yellow sign that was on the walk way. But since I helped her, she was safe. That needs to be addressed to the staff and the doctor. Be more cautious of the patients. They should also make sure when they make your appointment, let you know you will need someone to drive you home
Can’t make an appointment and call backs are no existent. I’ve changed my coverage to VA I don’t need this crap. Yes I know that they’ve been hacked but not being able to make an appointment is horrible. There is no excuse.
The phlebotomist Steve is incredible. He rarely misses the vein and causes very little pain. I am grateful that you have such a quality employee. John Alba was his patient and wishes Steve the best.
Call to make an appointment and the PIH personnel name Cristobal was very rude and called me a liar. I emailed my doctor directly to get information on my appointment. Having second thoughts about continuing my care here!!!
