When a client first expresses interest in basic glass lens glasses, inform the client you dont do glass lenses. Don't wait until paying for testing and selecting frames. Inform the client of 7% credit card processing fee before running card and display the charge on screen. This charge should be disclosed beforehand to fairly price a product and service vs. Just quietly having customers pay unknowingly. Better explain the testing requirements instructions, vs having client retake tests
