My husband and I are new patients. Called and I was able to do both of our eye exams on the same day and same time. They were efficient and clean rooms. The Dr and the other staff were amazing as well.

I had a very disappointing experience at Copperfield Vision. I arrived expecting to purchase contact lenses with a valid prescription, but was told I could not proceed despite already having the necessary documentation. The lack of clear communication and unwillingness to assist left me frustrated and feeling like my concerns were not valued as a customer. I want to be clear that Ms. Denise was professional, courteous, and not part of the problem. My concerns are specifically with the doctors and the overall customer service I received during this visit. As an African American male approaching 50 years old, I expect to be treated with respect, professionalism, and provided clear explanations regarding my care and purchases. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I left feeling disappointed and unsupported, and based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this office to others. Customer service and patient communication need significant improvement.

Copperfield Vision always has great and quick service. Have been coming here for the past 10 years or so for glasses!

The people seem nice and doctor was nice. Never saw doctor again after exam. My problem here is quality, the glasses are by far the worst I have had in my 20 years of wearing glasses. Within the first few months I had 3 different warranty. They are not cheap I spent almost 500 for 1 pair. The lenses scratch within a few weeks even only using the little cloth they give you. They warranted them and still scratches right away. I paid for scratch resistant and these are definitely not. I'm very frustrated that I will be having to buy new glasses again soon from somewhere else. I do not recommend coming here this is the quality I'd expect at a Walmart not some specialized office. They also charge you shipping for warranty and only warranty 1 time.

I came here to get my glasses prescription filled and a new pair of frames last year. Bob was wonderful! He quickly was able to help get the right pair of frames for me and made sure I didn’t pay for any unnecessary add ons to my lens prescription. When I came in two weeks later to check on my order it seemed to have gone missing so Bob reordered everything for replacement at no additional charge. This was a year ago and I have continued to have no issues with my lenses or frames. I definitely plan on purchasing my next pair here as well.
