Dr. Nguyen and his staff were outstanding. He has an excellent bedside manner, is extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, and they were very patient in helping us work through insurance questions. We truly appreciated the thoughtful treatment plan he created and felt very well cared for. Highly recommend!
I had such a great experience at Bright Sight Eye Care! I recently moved to Georgetown and stopped by to inquire about an eye exam, and the person who helped me schedule was so kind—turns out it was Dr. Nguyen himself! He was very humble, thorough, and took his time during my exam. The front desk/clinical staff was also incredibly friendly—I truly enjoyed our conversation, she’s AMAZING. The clinic is beautiful with advanced technology, and they explained my insurance benefits clearly, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!
I was hesitant to go somewhere new, but the reviews for this office were amazing so I gave it a go. I'm so glad that I did. The first technician that I met was lovely and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Nguyen was very knowledgeable and kind and answered all of my questions. I then worked with Justin to get a new pair of glasses which were ready the same day! Although a bit on the pricey side, I would highly recommend.
I was underwhelmed by the overall experience here. The receptionist was pleasant and the eye exam was fine, but it went downhill from there. Their selection of eyeglass frames was quite limited and left a lot to be desired. They did have a couple of brand names. However, everything was very expensive. The cheapest frames available were $158. My insurance covered most of it, but I was also supposed to receive a 20% discount. This discount was never applied to the final amount. There were also several "extra" fees, including $39 for an Optomap, $15 for a visual field examination, and a bunch of additional charges for different lens fees. These extra costs added up quickly and I ended up paying over $250 out of pocket. On the positive side, the turnaround time for the glasses was very fast (under 24 hours). They also provided a bottle of cleaning spray with the glasses, which was nice.
Yesterday, I had a routine eye exam at Bright Sight Eye Care with Dr. Paul Nguyen. I was scheduled on the same day as I called in. The office was clean, and the equipment was top-notch. Everyone was very friendly. The doctor was warm, attentive, and clearly explained the results of the exam. The front desk team made the whole process smooth and efficient. Definitely, I will come back for my next eye exam!
