Great experience. The outside appearance is deceiving, as the inside is modern, clean, and very nice. Staff was friendly, and listened, showed concern and made sure my visit was top notch. Would highly recommend. I previously used a corporate store in the Wolf Ranch shopping center, and can say that Bristol is a major improvement. New glasses were considerably less expensive and for a name brand frame.
Took my 5 year old for a routine appointment and all the staff were super welcoming and friendly. They all made my daughter feel at ease and she enjoyed her first eye appt! Will definitely be going back for myself and the rest of the family as well.
Dr. Silverio was so kind and professional. Explained everything beautifully and answered all my questions. The front desk staff were also very kind and helpful. They even fit me in last minute for a medical appt with no issue. Definitely recommend!
Overall, it was a great experience. The office had a nice ambience. Very roomy compared to other optometrist visited in the past. They have a nice collection of frames, but I opted to take the script and not purchase at that location. Will shop for glasses elsewhere and may go back. Definitely recommend this Eyecare professional office based on my experience.
Followed Dr. Silverio from her previous office since she is extremely professional and thorough with her examinations (note her previous office was 5 minutes form home and this location is about 25 minutes, but so worth it)and explains everything very well and answers any questions or concerns. We took the whole family for their annual. It was our kids (6 and 7 year old) first exam and she was very patient. It was an overall great experience. The office is beautiful and the staff is very attentive. I highly recommend this location.
