I had a fantastic experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, Kim provided such a warm welcome and was truly a pleasure to work with. Natalie was equally wonderful; she was incredibly pleasant and shared some much-needed expertise to help me find the perfect products for my needs. Kayla was also very helpful and informative throughout the process. The team creates a welcoming, 'at-home' atmosphere that is a refreshing change of pace from typical eyeglass stores. Additionally, Dr. McCormick was an absolute professional. She took the time to thoroughly discuss my concerns and explain my test results. I couldn't be happier with my visit!

Everyone was so nice. I was able to get a last minute appointment. With the exam and picking out new frames, I was in and out in less than an hour! The doctor was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease, and even showed me my eyes scans.
Would recommend! Great people. Patient and Caring Doctors. I had followed others online that went here and passed going to gym and other businesses in same plaza and started going here. When emergencies called other medical experts that seemed to push me toward rest, typical routines , the Doctor here made sure I received help and recognize an emergency. ER followed. I had lost majority of my vision briefly. Experts told me I gained much back but not to expect much more. Yesterday the same doctor encouraged new updates to evaluate. While I had gained much back We were able to see maybe a 70% increase in mmy vision from what I thought was “ better, But not great “. During the emergency. Forever grateful for that attention and the help of everyone here. All doctors are great . They have been informative and receptive . To think I could have waited longer or had further unwanted changes had I only listened to others makes me very glad I called when I did and thankful to see they are invested in well being and recovery. Thx!
I love Broadview Eye Center. They are professional and you never have to wait. I have been seeing Dr. Scott for almost 20 years and she is the absolute best, she genuinely cares about her patients and takes her time. I have also seen their other doctors and they were all great. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding eye care.
I have been going here for years and years And today I had an appointment with Dr. Scott because she refused my subscription without any heads up And now I’ve been wearing the same daily pair of lenses for a week. I’m 19 weeks pregnant and I got a new insurance through Buckeye and even when I was texting with the office, they said that they would take my insurance when I came in! They just told me they do not take my insurance and left me with no appointment, No glasses, no contacts. You would think getting new insurance because you’re pregnant and struggling that it would be okay but no heads up and the way I was treated by the receptionist made me look and feel so stupid, If you’re struggling mom on Medicaid, and you have buckeye, just know to avoid this place at all costs!! I will be telling everyone I know about this experience because I am dumbfounded and so annoyed. Now I will have no way to see when I go to work and while I’m growing my baby!!!!!! I am so dissapointed and upset at the staff here.
