Dr. Clemans is a wonderful doctor. She is extremely patient. She listens to all concerns and questions. She offers clear answers and advice. She genuinely seems to care about her patient. She is a pleasure to be with and I would highly recommend her. I also had a very positive experience with her tech, Vivian.
Due to a change in my optical insurance program, I had to locate a new eye doctor. After reviewing eligible plan providers, I chose Alessio Eye MD in Berea and was pleased with this decision. The office staff member, technician, and optometrist I interacted with were excellent. My appointment was quickly and easily scheduled and once I arrived, I experienced no delays. And, I felt reassured by the skills and personal treatment of both the technician and the doctor.
The office secretary was not very helpful in dealing with Medicare issue. I was also charged a "co-pay" AND "a pre-pay" which she neglected to mention and I never heard of before. Also my apt. was not rescheduled the same as the one that was cancelled & now I have to make another trip to the office to get my complete exam. The secretary, also found it necessary to whisper to other office staff (in my presence) about my insurance. The other staff in the office was friendly & accommodating. Dr. Clemmens is excellent.
Dr Alessio is awesome. Went to her with severe dry eye issues and have resolved them and am back to feeling normal. Her and her staff do an amazing job.
Dr. Clemans is an excellent doctor. She is very thorough. She has a wonderful bedside manner. Her staff complements her and what she is and what she does
