Very rude nurses. If a person drops a cane, they step out of the way and wat hes them struggle to get it instead of assisting. Calls the patient to relay messages to other nurses in different departments instead of doing their jobs and calling who they need to in the first place. Would recommend just about another place but here.
This is my goto for urgicare visits. Wait time is minimal. Doctors and nurses always friendly. They take great care of you and get you on your way.
A great advantage to using Express Care here is that if you are a Metro patient, they will jave your re ords. Also, the Express Care is part of the labs and x ray groups... if those are needed you can move right theoughthd pro ess in one place. Had very good care with Express Care.
I took someone to this clinic for pulmonary tests. They took us on time. The technician was very polite and patient. We did not understand the results in my chart though.
Love the staff and doctors. If they are behind the nurses will let you know how long you wait will be. The express care is always busy, but If you ask when at the desk they will tell you how long the wait is.
