My experience with Family Optical has been wonderful. It’s such a warm and friendly place. Michelle was so helpful and she was very pleasant. I also had the pleasure of talking with her Mom a few times that I was there.

I picked up my three pairs of prescription glasses today. Two pair for motorcycling/boating/shooting and one pair for my everyday wear. I’ve been to other places, but I always had issues. I came to Family Optical on the advice of a coworker some years ago. I’m COMPLETELY satisfied with the entire process here. The whole team is the best. I prefer glasses to contacts for many personal reasons. Family Optical understood me and never tried to sell something extra that I really didn’t want. I recommend them to everyone. I’ve tried the rest and I’m staying with the BEST.

My daughter has had glasses since she was a baby. We have been going here since day 1. She is so comfortable with everyone there (especially Michelle.) They are family owned and operated and make you feel like you are apart of the family. They are immensely helpful and are always kind and welcoming. I would recommend Family Optical to anyone... Especially small children. They actually have a variety of styles to suit your child's needs (which I have yet to see anywhere else.) We absolutely LOVE Family Optical and will continue to go there for all our daughter's glasses.

This past Saturday my husband and I entered Family Optical and was greeted immediately with a smile and How may we help you? Michelle took the time to understand our needs and helped us to figure out what frames would look and serve our best needs. They have a variety of frames to pick from and prices are reasonable. I would and will recommend my friends and family to visit Family Optical next time they need glasses. As an administrator of a small business myself I know how difficult it can be to compete with chain businesses, I believe Family Optical is doing the an excellent job in serving their customers needs.

Not only would I HIGHLY recommend Family Optical, I would not entrust my vision care with anyone else! Michelle and her parents are true professionals who know this business so well, but they also go way above and beyond the normal realm of customer service. I wish I could rate them even higher, they get 10 stars from me. They are absolutely wonderful!
