Everything about the experience at Dr Filips office is perfect. It is very easy to schedule an appointment. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and are very patient in explaining charges, insurance, etc. Dr Filips is warm and engaging, very personable and professional. I always feel that I have received exceptional care from her and her staff. Could not recommend them more highly!

I would highly recommend Dr . Filips to a family member. The atmosphere is pleasant and she provides a thorough examination.

I was referred to Dr. Filips from a family member who really liked her. I agree with her assessment. Appointments are easy to setup; you can do forms online once you setup the appointment. The office is a very nice, receptionist and her assistant are both friendly. Wait times are good and the appointment is through but quick. Highly recommend.

The office is very clean and calming! The staff is friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond in explaining my choices for ordering new glasses. Dr. Filips listened to my vision concerns and took the time to explain the different tests and recommended treatments. My appointments here are always a positive experience!
