7/21/26 I scheduled an eye exam with Dr Mendoza. From the time I walked in the door until I left, I was impressed by the cleanliness and the welcoming feeling I mattered. The Front desk we're friendly and helpful. The nurses and the Doctor was very helpful and patience with my disabilities. They explained details very clearly. Expressed concerns about vision impairment and how to improve the future of it. Overall I was very pleased with my first visit and will continue with their provided services. . Thank you for a great experience.

Yeah they may be fast as hell but they literally call EVERYTHING VIRAL. They don't like to test or give meds unless absolutely needed. The meds I've had one of the providers straight up tell me the don't like to give meds! I'm here today can barely inhale I sound like a damn seal when I cough and all I'm getting is a single shot and an inhaler. No testing of any kind!! Every single time I've ever come her it's always viral. BUT if I take the time to go to the new urgent care at the other broadlawns they test they make sure nothing else is going on before they assume viral. They even gave my daughter a breathing treatment and X-rays before feeling safe to send her home. If you have the opportunity to go there I HIGHLY recommend them over east location.
People at the front desk are absolutely shell-shockingly wonderful people. My appointment got scheduled wrong and they helped redirect me to somewhere that could help me on the SAME DAY! Absolutely helpful, diligent, and capable staff. Always quick service, and I always get what I need when I go there, even when I'm scheduled incorrectly.
I couldn’t believe how fast I got in and out of there! The lady at check-in, the nurse and the doctor that I met were all so friendly. I felt very well taken care of.
Went in with concerns of upper respiratory infection. Communicated I work with people & wanted to make sure I wouldn’t spread any germs. (Strep, Covid-19) No swab or culture was done & I was seen for maybe 3 minutes total. No questions answered. Overall dissatisfied with the level of care provided & still unsure whether I can safely go to work! Sadly, I would suggest looking for care elsewhere. This is only an issue at the urgent care otherwise I’ve had pleasant experiences with Broadlawns.
