Very helpful with questions in every step. From paperwork, appointment, and finding my new glasses. Especially showing me how much my insurance really pays.

Staff was very nice, the Dr. very thorough. However my Medicare Advantage program didn't cover my lenses there. They use a higher quality lens material that isn't covered. I will have to order my glasses somewhere else to get them for free.

I get my eye exams here because the Doctor is very thorough and the exams are excellent.

The staff is #1! Dr. Lee is an amazing doctor. He is kind, patient, thorough and works to make sure I have the best eye care. I appreciate everyone in this office. I feel the same every time I go in. Everyone greets you, smiles and you feel like it's a little family. They also take the very best care of my elderly mom and the rest of our family.

People with Dsnp insurance need to be aware that they use a higher quality of lens that isn't covered. Liked the Dr. and staff but hate that I have to get my glasses elsewhere or pay over 600 dollars.
