Vogue Vision - Eyemart Optical

I always have a good experience at this Vogue vision location. The ladies at the desk are professional, and friendly. They know their business and do it well. I just got my full exam and in less than 2 weeks have my script filled. The script was correct, and the features I chose were applied. Well ✔️ done! And Ill be back. As well as my grandson for his needs.

All of the staff at the Euclid location were amazing. I cannot say enough great things. The level of customer service that I received was fantastic. They took the time to explain different parts of the exam to me. The doctor was so kind so helpful spent time explaining things to me as macular degeneration runs in my family and I had lots of questions. I’ve been wearing glasses since elementary and I am over 50 years old. Needless to say, I have Encountered many eye care professionals as soon as I left my eye exam I called three people that I know and shared about my experience with this office and it’s staff! 10 out of 10 highly recommend

tl;dr: their optometrist is really good at what he does, highly recommend! The Story: I originally got a prescription from a different company in downtown Des Moines, but didn't find glasses that I liked there.. so I went elsewhere. Once I found glasses I liked, I had them made.. only to discover that the prescription that I was provided (by a company NOT Vogue Vision) was wildly inaccurate.. my distance progressives were too weak and my computer prescription was too strong. I then went to Vogue Vision to have my eyes re-tested and get a new prescription.. the doctor there did absolutely amazing! I just got back both new glasses and both the distance and computer glasses are spot on! All fuzziness is gone and my glasses work precisely as advertised! Thank you Vogue Vision for working with me where I am. You will absolutely be my first visit the next time that I am in need!

I just ordered my 3rd pair of Glasses from Vogue Vision and I cant wait until they come in! In the meantime, I have had a great online experience and over the phone with Becky. She responds back quickly and she is very knowledgeable. In store, I met with Romi and she is also very helpful and gave me honest and positive feedback about the frames I chose.

Switched doctors here 2 years ago and have loved it. The front staff is always friendly and helpful and made my eye glass buying process quick and easy. They answer the phone promptly and are very great at communicating and scheduling. It’s a very small business feel but they have plenty of options like a large eyeglass store!
