I had a wonderful experience. The Dra. Pong was extremely patient and her attention to detail was impressive. She explained everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. I felt very comfortable during the exam. I highly recommend her.

Extremely rude, especially the big lady w the glasses. She was super condescending because I didn’t want to give her my social security to open up a credit card to pay off the insanely expensive glasses. AND the doctor is super old and racist. He said that my english is great just because I’m hispanic even tho I’ve been here all my life. Aside from that, the prescription he gave me did not fit my eyesight well.

Super helpful and kind staff! They are very knowledgeable and attentive. I went in to tighten the nose pads on my glasses as they kept falling and they took care of it. Highly recommend!

Owner is a great guy who gave me a very nice price on some luxury frames and new lenses. He cares about the customer and product, making sure you get a deal and walk away happy. If you need new glasses, come here!!

Probably the best service I have experienced with any optic. Quality, price, and timing are excellent. They will advise you, they won't over-charge you, and they will deliver fast. I always take my prescription glasses to them. Not only that, they did a tinted color lenses job on an old frame that I have, and they look fantastic (see photos). Make sure you drop by and ask for Carlos; he will treat you right. Honest people, great service; highly recommend it.
