So my first time seeing Dr Evelyn Vargas was the worst. She wasn’t professional have her back towards me and talking and I told her that I get asthma which I use albuterol. She said you don’t get asthma. I said yes I do.and I refuse to see someone like that. She doesn’t know me or didn’t know my history to say I don’t get asthma which I have a machine at home. I didn’t like her and I refuse to ever see her again. I’m going else where that cares about my health

Location 828 east 149th st, is terrible. I been calling every week for 4 weeks to have the doctor assistance call me back regarding my pre authorization for medication and no one has called me. They have a call message center but you can’t get in contact with the staff. Yet they want me to come to the office and pay a copayment every time I come. I ask if they have an on line service set up for me to see my results, the lady Sonia gave me a website that is not available. I will get all of my records and go to Monifore medical center . The place need to be restructured from the bottom up to the director who is running the place.

This is solely for the Dental side. Came in as a walk-in waited over 3 hours, was finally brought to the back, sat there for 40 minutes and was told it would be another 30-40 minutes. So 5 hours to see a dentist?! The receptionist is nasty, instead of telling new patients up front that there is only ONE dentist be prepared to wait she sits there on her phone and wants to have an attitude. If you’re going as a walk in to the DENTIST side, be prepared to waste your time!!!!

The doctor had no idea what he was doing. How can you not properly examine your patient before sending them home? This location should be closed immediately. It was the worst experience I've ever had. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Dr Hildalgo and MA Nicole were amazing ! I always enjoy visiting this particular site MA Nicole is always a pleasure and wonderful help. Any provider would be lucky to have her. :-)
