Highly recommend to everyone. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. The glasses I bought here broke and they ordered me a new pair and even put in new lenses for me. All for a very small fee compared to if I had to buy a new pair. My glasses weren’t covered by the warranty but they still went out of their way to contact the designer of the glasses frame to figure out a way for me to get a new pair. That was super nice of them to do for me and I don’t know of any other place that would have done this. Also the doctor’s appointment was very informative and she was great.

Awesome team here, stopped in with a pair of sunglasses that needed fixing, and the staff took care of it right away. Great friendly service and a shop that clearly cares about doing right by their customers. Highly recommend :)

I’ve been going to Heights Vision for at least a decade for my exams, frames, and lenses. They always go above and beyond. And always have a great selection of frames. I couldn’t be happier.

New review: The owner reached out to me to explain the situation which was a systems glitch. I will be taking my business elsewhere but felt adequately serviced despite the issue. This place is a small owned business so don’t want to be overly critical. Original review: I scheduled an annual vision exam at Heights Vision. I sent an email to confirm my appointment and was notified last minute (less than a week before my appointment) that my appointment was cancelled without an explanation or offering alternatives times. The email was sent outside of business hours. The practice cc’d me and three other patients on the same email to confirm appointment times which felt very unprofessional.

This place could not be more friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to get my glasses just right. The selection is unique and stylish. Best place in the neighborhood.
