Brumm Eye Center

I love Brumm eye center the people there are very nice and respectful they treat you well. I almost went back to UNMC where I had started out at years ago only because it was closer to all of my other appointments at the hospital. BUT, there is nothing like being treated as a person with respect and that's how the young ladies are at Brumm eye center. So I quickly stopped going to UNMC for my eye treatment. I am very comfortable at Brumm eye center and I love my doctor there. They really are the BEST❤️

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt inclined to do so after my experience. My child was having eye pain over the weekend so the urgent care doctor referred us to call Brumm. I called the office and the woman on the phone said the doctor would call me back. I received a call back and the man on the other end was extremely unprofessional. The minute I answered, he told me that they would not see us since we aren’t patients and that he’s covering for 10 other doctors and doesn’t have time to help non-patients. He was extremely rude, bluntly asking questions when he had no intentions of helping out. All I did was follow the recommendation the urgent care doctor provided. He didn’t care to offer any type of advice or recommendations for our child, and went as far to say “we only see adults any way.” I would never come here as a patient or recommend anyone come here.

Very friendly staff, no long waiting times. Dr’s are very friendly, personable and compassionate to your needs. They explain procedures so that you understand what they are doing , the process and plan of action. I’ve been going to Brumm on N. 72 for more than 15 years. Best in town!!

During the past year, Dr Brumm and his staff have performed surgery on my eyes for cataracts and other needed anomalies. As part of follow on care laser surgery was performed to make adjustments to close in eyesight. My vision is now 20/25 at age 83. Throughout this process Dr Brumm periodically reviewed my eyes to ensure my eyes were healing well and desired results were achieved. WELL DONE DR BRUMM. !!!!

Dr. Calta and Dr. Brumm are top notch eye experts. Juanita and Sarah are excellent staff members as well. All of them were good communicators, kind, considerate and efficient. All at BEC are very good at their jobs and I'm glad that I chose this place. I am fortunate!
