The worker on staff that I had asked kindly if she could clean my glass after I had examined them closely to make sure they came back the same way as I had them seeing as how I had an issue before. Sure enough this time the lady scratched my lens and I stated it and she immediately stated she didn’t do it and that it was there before now all you had to do was own up to it apologize and offer to make me new lens I would’ve said it’s okay but to insinuate that I lied then tell your manager I’m just looking to get something free is outlandish. I paid for new lens myself without getting out of hand or arguing who is right or wrong. Then she wants to offer 20% lol if you did nothing wrong why a discount? Crazy how you perceived me to be. lol the money was never the issue the Accusation of my intentions was. But I know now to shop elsewhere. And I recommend others do also

I went to the vision center to discuss a bill I had received in the mail and to let them know something wasn't right with my glasses.I had been there prior to today concerning my glasses, but one of the workers told me to speak to Stuart the manager the next time I stopped by. When I went there today Stuart the manager measured my eyes and told me that my bifocal was a little off. He procceed to say he will do me a favor of fixing my glasses. He proceeded to say he wasn't supposed to do this, because the 60 days had passed and that he could lose his job. I asked him how are you doing me a favor when I bought the warranty if the glasses are off they should be fixed. He really didn't want me to speak or ask him a question. He told me since I had an attitude he wasn't going to do me the favor of fixing my glasses. The manager Stuart Charbonneau displayed unprofessional behavior. He was very smugged, hunching his shoulders, and trying to argue with me in front of customers. I requested the information of his superior and he boldly stated he wasn't giving out that information. He left me without a resolution to my glasses being corrected. I didn't expect this kind of dismissive behavior from a manager.
Very helpful service. I break my glasses once a month at work they always fix them when I need them too best of all for free! This time they didn't even charge me for replacement parts which are better then the originals! Love the quality of service.
Had to go back 2 times to get my prescription right. I gave up and went elsewhere
First time calling, was told they were completely booked out. I asked how long of a wait until they could see us, they again said they were completely booked out and didn't offer any help with trying to get a check up. I'm not going to argue to get services from someone who doesn't want me there to begin with.
