Dr. Jackson and the staff at Ideal Eye Care were amazing! They got me in quickly and Dr. Jackson addressed all of my concerns and explained things in a way I could understand. Also, the front office staff was amazing helping me pick out a pair of frames I love.
I was so impressed with my first visit! Every single person that I interacted with was so pleasant; it felt like I was back at my small town eye doctor from before I moved to Omaha! This will officially be my new eye care office!! Thank you for a great experience!
Ideal Eye care is an awesome place! I'm always happy and satisfied when I leave. Dr. Taylor is very professional and knows his subject very well, and he knows me personally to know and understand what I need. Alex is extremely helpful with selecting glass frames, and he has a great sense of humor! It's always enjoyable at Ideal with both of them and with their other staff, and it is easy to think of them as family!!!
All staff here is very friendly and they are efficient when getting me in to see the doctor. Dr Jackson is very kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure that I understood everything before leaving!
