America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

America’s Best went above and beyond with their customer service….I was out of town from Northern Virginia visiting my son, daughter in law and granddaughter!! Unfortunately while here I lost one of my nose pads on my glasses. My wife and I have been loyal customers for years. So I stopped by your location at the Eagle Run shopping center and had the nose pads replaced. The store had actually closed early for an emergency, but the manager came through and helped me anyway since it was pretty quick to repair!!! Thanks again!! Tony Ashby From Chantilly, Virginia

My whole experience with Americas Best was truly amazing. From the beginning to end. Scheduling my appointment was easy and quick. Filling out my information was also quick and easy, which I love! And that was just the making of the appointment. The actual appointment itself was a whole experience! Checking in was FUN and not at all stressful. The exam was a blast and picking out my glasses was exciting. The selection was great and on trend. I got help without it being made into an awkward experience. The staff members truly made it all easy and fun. If you’re looking for a new place to get your eye exams and glasses , I highly recommend this place! Specifically the 133rd and maple location! You won’t be disappointed.

From the time of entering the store and meeting with Yolanda, I had a level of comfort with their professionalism. Stella took me to the initial examination room and was a great assistant for the doctor. Dr. Shapiro, also a former Army veteran did a great job getting my new eyewear prescription. He also had some interesting stories from his military days. Then I got to meet up with a gregarious young lady named Melannie. If I misspelled her name, I apologize. She had such a great smile and was also an expert in her field. She assisted in helping me find a few pairs of frames that would suit my needs well. She also had great advice on lenses! Even though she’s a Kansas fan, not everybody can be perfect. In the background, there was a gentleman named Mark a.k.a. the fire chief. He was assisting a few other customers and a true professional. I appreciate all of their assistance and would recommend them to anybody. Thanks again. Seth

My daughter needed glasses, so I took her to America’s Best at Eagle Run Shopping Center in Omaha, NE, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Mark was able to get her scheduled for an appointment right away, and the eye exam itself was quick and easy. She was especially happy with the wide selection of glasses to choose from, which made the process fun for her. The entire team, Dr. David Shapiro, Mark, and Mallorie were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure we understood everything about her vision and options. If you’re looking for quality care, a great selection, and affordability, I highly recommend America’s Best for glasses or contacts. I would absolutely rate them a 10 out of 10!

This is my favorite location for America’s Best! Dr. Shapiro is the most knowledgeable eye doctor I have had and I trust his expertise. Mark (manager) and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. The office was very clean and organized. I will be returning to this location for my family’s eye care!
