My experience was great at Omaha Eye and Laser! The person who did my testing was very polite, professional, instructed me in the tests and what they were for and what to expect. Dr. Conde was also very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and explained what was going on with my eyes and why it was happening. And the person who checked me out was informative and explained my upcoming appointments, and what to do for preparing for those appointments. It was a great first visit!

We had such a great experience with my fiancé LASIK procedure. From the moment we walked in, check-in was smooth and the entire staff was incredibly personable and welcoming. Our pre-op nurse, Mandy, was absolutely amazing. She made him feel comfortable right away, explained everything thoroughly, and really helped calm any nervousness. It was reassuring hearing that she had LASIK done herself because she could genuinely relate to the experience and answer every question honestly. The surgery itself was quick and smooth. They prepared us well for the first 4–6 hours afterward, explaining that some itching, burning, and dryness were completely normal. They also did a great job teaching us how to use all of the eye drops and what to expect during recovery. We called with a question following the procedure, and it was answered promptly and thoroughly. We just had his one-week follow-up with our eye doctor here in Kearney, and she said his eyes look flawless and that she can barely even tell he had LASIK done a week ago. He left with 20/20 vision, and we could not be happier with the results. As a healthcare worker myself, I was really impressed with the care, professionalism, education, and overall experience this facility provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering LASIK and will absolutely be spreading the word.

Dr. Thomas saved my eyesight when I was experiencing retinol bleeding. I have been under his care for over 3yrs and I am doing great. The entire staff of nurses and receptionists are wonderful. They are professional and have been so kind in delivering my care in diagnosis and treatment. I’ve had the opportunity to visit twice, Omaha Eye & Laser Institute in the last month. Scheduling of an appointment was speedy. I needed that due to an eye issue. I visit Dr Jessica Liu who was knowledgeable and personable. I needed assistance from Dr William Thomas, and was scheduled quickly for an exam. Both visits were timely. I didn’t wait in the waiting room long, before being called into an exam area. I was processed quickly with highly sophisticated equipment. Most of all, some very nice staff. I was diagnosed and treatment began. Thank you to all for helping me. There is nothing more valuable than our eyesight.

I highly recommend Omaha Eye And Laser! I was so terrified to have cataract surgery but everyone was so supportive and calmed my nerves. Dr.James Liu is an amazing and compassionate surgeon. He thoroughly explained all my options and what to expect ! He even followed up personally after each eye surgery to see how I was doing! Honestly it was far easier than I imagined ! My vision is so bright and clear now and I am totally pleased!
