Great custumer service and it holds true...glasses are ready under hour. I have VSP and Great selection of frames and lens options covered and not covered. I loved it got an extra pair for free with my insurance. I definitely return in the future. Also, I was able to get in quickly for an appointment without having too long. Awesome job!
After 2 exams here years apart, and trying another spot in between, I can definitely say that this is one of the best spots to go in Omaha. They always have great & fast service. They have a great selection of frames in every price point from designer brands to frames that cost as low as $29! Of course the bonus is that they can make your lenses for you the same day after you pick your frames, usually within about 1 hour. Highly recommend!
Maria the salesperson went completely above and beyond for myself and the disabled man I was there buying glasses for. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She even managed to find a pair of glasses someone returned and put the lenses of his broken glasses into them. The two pairs of glasses we ordered were ready in 33 minutes!! I could not have been more impressed with the entire experience.
Dr trampe really blew me away with his communication and thorough exam, as well as ensuring me we would make sure my daughter was well taken care of with her glasses. I've never in 25 years of wearing glasses and contacts been so thrilled to have someone Listen and reassure me all would be well taken care of!! If youre on the fence about going, GO ALREADY !!! And pricing, cant really be beat !
I came in today for glasses that I needed asap. Due to allergies, i couldn't wear my contacts and didn't have a pair of glasses. The staff was really nice. Cassidy was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out 2 pairs of glasses. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Both pairs of my glasses were done in an hour.
