I had my Eye Exam yesterday. It was my first time going to Midwest Eyecare and I couldn't have been more pleased. The entire staff was professional, thorough and very friendly. Dr. Thompsen was fantastic! She explained everything she was doing, she took her time and she asked if I had any questions. On the way out I set up my appointment for next year.
Michael F is an excellent ophthalmologist. He’s easy on the eyes! Michael even cleaned my glasses for me while I was communicating my worries about my vision. I have never seen an eye doctor that cares so much. I make a personal request when scheduling my visit. Everyone there was helpful and professional. I always feel like I’m in good hands.
Dr. Mercer was very professional. She has a calming presence and I was at ease during an office procedure. She gave me some answers for something that had been an issue for months and I was getting frustrated. Very pleased overall!

Great Doctor! The wait is just too long!!! Appointment was for 3:10. I arrived at 2:45. Had an Ocular Test at 3:35, didn’t see doctor till 4:15. Doctor was with me maybe 5 minutes.
