Josh was incredibly helpful, and also knew instantly when I wanted to be left alone to do my own shopping, which I sincerely appreciated about him. Working with Josh was an authentically fun experience, and his presence at LensCrafters definitely elevates the overall value of the store. I forgot her name, but the young woman who led me through all my eye tests was also incredibly helpful today. She and Josh were both very personable and they both were the highlights of my experience at the store today. Thanks guys!

This is not a review for individual employees. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I have gone to this location in the past and have seen an actual in-person doctor. So when I received notification that I had an appointment coming up, I did not think too critically. I have pretty typical needs, so the level of care here has been adequate. When I came to check in, I had two forms to sign that were not part of the online process. One of those was a consent for Telehealth. Which is strange when you are absolutely there in person. So it was not until that point that I was made aware this would be a virtual visit. I’ve already driven there, I’ve already taken off work. I proceed with the appointment. And it’s with Dr iPad. A tech is guiding me along but when it comes time, she has to wait for a doctor to come available for a virtual visit. This added wait time and then we had to reset a machine so the virtual doctor could connect. This virtual provider made my visit time longer and I was so jarred at the dystopian nature of the visit, I didn’t even really feel like I could ask questions or bring up concerns. Absolutely will not return and want to make everyone aware of these practices.

I went here with my mom to get her a few pairs of new glasses. We worked with Josh and he was WONDERFUL! Helped us find the best deal and gave honest and thoughtful opinions on the glasses we were deciding between. Truly great customer service. What we thought would be a lengthy process was very quick and enjoyable. Cannot recommend him enough.

I had a wonderful experience here. I stopped in to shop for new frames. Nicole was super warm and inviting. I explained the exact frame size and style I like and she saved me a ton of time by helping me narrow my search. I normally don’t find many I like but with her help I found numerous frames I loved. She made the experience very pleasant. I will be returning for sure!

I always love coming to LensCrafters! Have been coming my whole life. They are always incredibly kind and get me what I need. Today I worked with Jackie and Josh. Jackie was very patient with my exam and explained everything thouroughly. Josh helped guild me through what I was paying and made for an enjoyable chat/experience. I will always recommend this location.
