The staff and doctor provided a professional and friendly approach to my wife and I’s appointment. Included our kid in it so that he didn’t feel left out. Best experience I have had with an eye doctor.

I book my appointments yearly and every year they cancel them without even sending a reminder. They’re even entering these “cancellations” as me inciating them, which is FALSE. This is the second year in a row they’ve cancelled me and given my appointment up to someone else with no prior contact. They caught an attitude when I called to ask why and told me they scheduled someone else in my spot because I didn’t confirm- I shared I didn’t recover a reminder and had the appt in my xalendar a year out and it was still a week away, in my experience most reminder texts go out five or so days prior. Lady asked why it was in my calendar in advance as if it isn’t logical to place it in the calendar after the booking. Told me they could potentially give me a telehealth appointment for that morning but couldn’t guarantee it. So they gave up my appointment without contacting me first AND falsely entered this as a cancellation on my part, despite it being them who cancelled an appointment that was booked a year in advance and tried to offer a “maybe you’ll get seen” telehealth appointment which is BS. My appointment had been made for in person and in the afternoon. Person on phone also ignored my request to receive contact info for corporate.

I always enjoy going to Visionworks and Erin and Marsha are always available. Although when Visionworks suddenly has customers flooding the store, it makes it more challenging for the girls to give their best to each one. Visionworks NEEDS to Hire more people so that they can continue to keep the quality and integrity of the store in giving each customer the time and attention they need. I am a very patient person but not everyone can be. I don’t want to see the good reputation of Westroads Visionworks fall short of being an EXCELLENT and EXCEPTIONAL STORE. Thank you. 😊

Everyone here is so kind and they got us in and out quickly. They were really great with my son, who didn’t get an exam, but they let him watch and experience part of it and we really appreciated that.

Friendly and casual atmosphere even though busy. Everyone helped me- they each knew their job- handed me off to the next- Dr- ✅ prescription. The display of frames are outstanding and the attention to detail must be incredible.
