Very unprofessional in their treatment. Its been more than 2 and half months we did a test for my son's eye still now we don't know what the treatment. They send him to a different center to do the test. And after repeated follow ups , they always saying that they don't got the report and as a patient father, we follow up so that they can get the report. They show absolutely no sense of urgency on the treatment. And to discuss the results they ask unqualified people to call and explain the results to us. First experienced such worse service from a medical place.

So sad to make this post because the dr’s at this clinic are very knowledgeable and kind. The front desk staff is irresponsible and unkind. We’ve been going for three years and I would say the last two years have been the worst with the front desk staff and the billing. I have called 4 to 5 times to try to fix an insurance issue turn to find out they were billing the insurance from two years ago. I supplied my insurance card multiple times and it on the documents as well but they just don’t bill things the right way. The front desk staff are always talking amongst themselves and not with the clients in an appropriate and professional manner. I would never change clinics, but at this point and time children’s ophthalmology is way better in the billing and the front desk department so we have decided to leave this clinic. I hope all these reviews make it better to the future patients and that they will not have to deal with the behavior and unprofessionalism of the front desk staff.
Received a collections letter a month after I paid the bill. After reading reviews something seems suspicious——possible fraud is my guess. I plan on reaching out to the Nebraska Attorney General to investigate.
I took my 3 month old son in for his first visit yesterday, and I was so impressed with both of the doctors we saw. Both were fantastic with babies, which is refreshing since a lot of doctors can be impatient. No one wants to have serious medical concerns with their children, especially a young baby, but I felt very reassured that my son was in good hands after leaving. We were able to get in quickly when calling to make an appointment, we were seen at the actual scheduled appointment time, and scheduling a follow up visit was easy and pleasant. Overall, I was very impressed with the doctors and staff.
Rude front desk and it’d actually hurt them to smile. So stuck up and unprofessional manner. Dr. Troias are awesome so it’s sad their reputation is ruined by front desk . Been coming for 3 years between my two kids and have made complaints to the doctor and he made excuses for their rudeness. I don’t know if they’re all family but this is definitely not acceptable!
