Clean and wonderful the staff fantastic Yosiel saved my wife's purse when it fell out of the cart. The food staff at the cafeteria friendly and welcoming. Any questions I had we're answered quickly and warmly. This store is setting the gold standard of Sams clubs.
AWFUL ! Purchased a TV at the Store and attempted to add the extended warranty upon purchase at the store - they were not able to add the extended warranty at time of purchase - spent over 40 minutes at the customer service desk. They told me to call customer service and add via the phone within 30 days - called customer service and they told me I need to go back to the store ! After spending 42 minutes escalating my situation I was told that I need to add the extended warranty via the On-line support - this is after the brand new TV showed up broken out of the box - SAMs club is no Costco and the internal team is clueless....
It's hard to believe but they are now way ahead of Costco when it comes to technology. Not the product mix, but definitely the technology. You don't have to show your ID to get in . You can load the app and you don't have to use the cash register to get out. Just scan your own items . Don't wait in line! So cool!
Sam's Club makes shopping easy and convenient. I love using the Scan & Go app to avoid long checkout lines. Great prices, fresh products, and excellent customer service!
Was heading out of town and needed a car wash. Only take my car to the touchless car wash and as you know, there’s not many others in Collier County. When I got there, the barricades were up and it was not working. Kevin was able to teach me a trick on how to pay at the pump as the system was only allowing ticketed customers. He then moved the barricades and was a huge success. What a great employee Sam’s Club has in Kevin.
